Any extra parts needed will be advised and charged at standard rates.

Free Winter Health Check

Make sure your bike is ready for winter our our Free Winter Health Check.
We'll inspect the brakes, cables & hoses, coolant level, chain condition, lights, horn, wheels & bearings, tyres to make sure you bike is safe for winter.
If you need any parts or work done we can discuss that when you have the bike checked.

Saturday Servicing

Busy during the week? Our Service department is open from 09:00 until 18:00 on a Saturday for servicing or MOT’s.
This service is very popular so be sure to book in advance.
Normal Servicing T&Cs apply.

While-U-Wait Servicing

If you’d prefer to wait whilst we service your bike please ask when booking – there is limited availability for this service but we will do our best to accommodate you. Relax in our café area, enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee, or pop over to Starbuck in Sainsbury’s opposite. This service is not available on weekends.

• We can never guarantee the exact time a service can take due to unforeseen extra work that may be required but we will do our best to advise you on the estimated time when booking your bike in.
• There are some types of service that the While-U-Wait service is not best suited to, eg major 16K services.

Bike Tyres Price Match Guarantee

We will Price Match Guarantee any genuine fitted price on all motorcycle tyres.

• Offer applies within a 30 mile distance of Farnham Honda only.
• Price Match to include new tyre and valve fitted, tyre & wheel balanced, environmental disposal of old tyre.
• Written proof of price, or otherwise easily independently verifiable proof of price to be matched is required.
• Acceptance of the price to be matched is at the discretion of the Farnham Honda Service Manager.
• We reserve the right to finish this offer at any time.

Free Collection and Delivery Service

A Free Collection and Delivery service in our own specially equipped vans within a 50 mile radius of the dealership. Offered free of charge for routine servicing and repairs if we can collect your bike and then deliver it back to you up to 7 days later. Service is offered Monday to Saturday. If you require a 24 hour turnaround please call for a quote.

• Free Collection and Delivery service can’t be used in conjunction with our Free Courtesy Bike service
• However we can provide a replacement bike on this service with a one off charge of £75 plus insurance for up to 7 days hire. Please ask when booking your service.

Free Courtesy Bike

Free Courtesy Bike* when your bike is in for service, mechanical repairs or MOT.
Use our demonstration fleet - we have many different models to choose from, so why not try something different? If there is a specific model on our demo fleet you would like to ride please let us know and we can book that for you.

• Courtesy bikes are subject to availability.
• If you wish to use our insurance there is a one off charge of £15, and your liability for damage would be a maximum of £2,000. Alternatively you can provide your own insurance, but we would need to see proof of insurance when you pick the bike up, as we're sure you'll understand.
• Courtesy bikes cannot be used in conjunction with our free collection and delivery service, however we can provide a replacement bike on this service with a one off charge of £75 for up to 7 days hire.

Free MOT

Is your bike is over 6 years old? Have a routine service carried out and we will give you a voucher for a free MOT at anytime in the following 12 months. This offer applies to any make or model of bike.

• You will automatically receive this voucher if on the date your service is completed your bike is 6 years old or more.
• The voucher is valid for one year from the date your service is completed. This voucher is specific to the bike so is transferable to a new owner.
• Offer valid to 29 Feb 2012

Do you enjoy tinkering with your bike yourself? We are running DIY Service and Maintenance Advice Evenings throughout the year. If you join us for one of these we will give you a 10% discount voucher to redeem against any service maintenance parts or Castrol oil for any make or model of bike.
