Used Honda NR750 N for sale in Farnham

This NR750 RC41 motorcycle is a true gem! This model was created exclusively for the French market, making it an extremely rare find. In fact, it's estimated that only a handful of these bikes were ever produced, with the total number being believed to be around 20. This bike is in immaculate condition and has been ridden for only 207 kilometres from new, which is equivalent to just 129 miles. Recently, it has been recommissioned and is running smoothly and beautifully. Whether you're looking to register the bike in the UK and ride it or prefer to prepare it for long-term storage, we're here to help you every step of the way.
Included in the sale of this bike, you'll also receive an NR branded gift box that includes a solid silver oval piston keyring, the owner's manual, owner's card all of which were included in the original sale of this bike when new, two keys, a Honda paddock stand, and an original Tamiya unbuilt model of the NR750.
The Honda NR750 is a remarkable feat of engineering, boasting a specification that surpasses even the current crop of Moto GP bikes in terms of technological advancements. The story of this incredible machine can be traced back to Honda's failed NR500 V4 four-stroke racer of 1978, which was conceived to challenge the two-stroke engines that were dominating the Grand Prix at the time. In an attempt to overcome the limitations of the four-cylinder rule, Honda built a V8 engine with conjoined bores that was, in effect, a technological marvel. Despite their best efforts, the engine proved insufficient to subdue the strokers, and Honda was forced to abandon the racing project. However, the company later resurrected the idea for its flagship roadster, which shares many similarities with the failed NR500 V4 four-stroke racer. This impressive vehicle is a testament to Honda's unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence, and it stands as a shining example of what can be achieved through dedication and perseverance.
The NR750 motorcycle was designed by Mitsuyoshi Kohama, who later worked on the RC211V Moto GP racer.

Red, 747 , Manual, 1992 J Reg, 129 miles, £115,000.00.
