If your bike is over 6 years old, have a routine service carried out and we will give you a FREE MOT at any time in the following 12 months. This offer applies to any make or model of bike.
FREE COLLECTION AND DELIVERY SERVICE
A Free Collection and Delivery service in our own specially equipped vans within a 50 mile radius of the dealership. Offered free of charge for routine servicing and repairs for bikes over 250cc if we can collect your bike and then deliver it back to you up to 7 days later. Service is offered Monday to Saturday. If you require a 24 hour turnaround please call for a quote.
Free Collection and Delivery service can't be used in conjunction with our Free Courtesy Bike service.
WHILE-U-WAIT SERVICING
If you'd prefer to wait whilst we service your bike please ask when booking – there is limited availability for this service but we will do our best to accommodate you. Relax in our café area, enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee, or pop over to Starbuck in Sainsbury's opposite. This service is not available on weekends.
Fixed Price Service Plans
Treat your new Honda to a fixed price, inflation proof Honda Service Plan and make sure it's always in tip top condition, serviced to Honda's recommended service schedule using Genuine Honda parts.
Extended Guarantees
When you jump on your bike, nothing should distract you from enjoying the ride. If you purchase a Honda Extended Guarantee, you won't have to worry about unexpected breakdown costs*
Tailored Service Plans
We have bespoke service plans available too. Each plan is tailored to you and your bike; you choose which levels of service you want and for how long. We'll offer you the best price, spread over affordable monthly payments.
SATURDAY SERVICING
Busy during the week? Our Service department is open from 9:00 until 17:00 on a Saturday for servicing or MOT's.This service is very popular so be sure to book in advance.Normal Servicing T&Cs apply.
BIKE TYRES - FREE FITTING
We will fit any motorcycle tyre for free as long as it is purchased at Farnham honda please phone and ask for availablity and pricing.
We can never guarantee the exact time a service can take due to unforeseen extra work that may be required but we will do our best to advise you on the estimated time when booking your bike in.

DELIVERING A GOOD OUTCOME
We have an obligation to act to deliver good outcomes to our customers. We will do this by supporting you before, during and after the transaction. We will clearly explain to you any significant exclusion terms, all pricing information and your cancellation rights.
CONSUMER CREDIT DISCLOSURE
As a Credit Broker this means that we can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. We act on behalf of the lender. We can provide you with a list of our lenders should you wish for. All our lenders are regulated by the FCA.
We do not charge you a fee for our services.
Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them. This will either be a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow.
If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates, but the commission we receive does not influence the interest rate you will pay. Our aim is to secure finance for you at the lowest interest rate you are eligible for from our panel of lenders.
All finance applications are subject to status which we will explain to you clearly.
Typically, the finance packages we offer are:
HP – Hire Purchase
PCP – Personal Contract Purchase
PCH – Personal Contract Hire
A full explanation for the different types of finance products available will be provided so you can make an informed choice. You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to your finance agreement made by your chosen lender.
